The Boerum Hill Association celebrates Boerum Hill's seasons, citizens and style with the release of its full color, 28-page 2006 calendar, priced at $10.00 retail.

Karen Zebulon, one of the editors of the calendar actually conceived the idea. As a new resident of Boerum Hill Karen has been the owner of GUMBO, a store on Atlantic Avenue, for three years. She said, "I never realized what a special community Boerum Hill is. It's a small town in a big city, a place where friendliness, peace and beauty abounds." "This experience," she added, "combined with my background in photography...made me think that producing a calendar is one way of communicating and sharing what I have been fortunate to enjoy. The spirit of people working together that exists in Boerum Hill is precisely what enabled my idea to come to fruition."
