The Boerum Hill Association bylaws specify a maximum of 15 total officers and directors. To manage the workload, the BHA Executive Board attempts to fill all 15 slots in each election. The current Executive Board is comprised of:

The Boerum Hill Association is a NY not-for-profit corporation founded in 1963 to advocate for the Boerum Hill Community. The BHA is not a 501(c)3 organization for Federal tax purposes.

The Boerum Hill Association is made up of dedicated volunteers who promote the interests of residents and business people in Boerum Hill. We plan public forums on important community topics, initiate public safety and educational projects and engage in proactive community planning with our elected officials. We support development that is consistent with preserving the area’s neighborhood character, landmark architectural heritage, population diversity and the continue renaissance of Brooklyn.
